Fourth Friday in Uptown Westerville.

Fourth Friday – May 27, 2016

The Fourth Friday of May in Uptown Westerville is usually a collection of flags, patriotic colors, dancers, and kids just out of school.

This Friday was no different.

Except for the man hanging by ropes from a tree in the front of city hall.

Oh, and the presidential candidate and his red, white, and blue outfit.

The umbrellas.

The weather.
