Starbucks, Bru Burger, and Local Cantina in The Corner at Cleveland Ave. and Executive Campus Drive

New Starbucks In Town

Starbucks interior

The new Starbucks on North Cleveland Ave. at Polaris Parkway is open.

The restaurant is the fifth Starbucks in Westerville and the second standalone store in the city with the other on South State Street. The remaining three are inside grocery stores.

The building is one of two new buildings on the west side of Cleveland Ave. between Polaris Parkway and Executive Campus Drive. The second building, still under construction, will house Bru Burger and Local Cantina.

Bru Burger is an upscale burger concept by Indianapolis-based Cunningham Restaurant Group and the Westerville site will be its first in central Ohio.

It will be the state’s eighth Local Cantina, a fast-growing craft beer-and-taco concept by restaurateur George Tanchevski.

Access to Starbucks and the other restaurants, known as The Corner, is off Executive Campus Drive.

Adjacent to the new restaurant is the recently opened HealthSouth Corp. and Mount Carmel Health System 60-bed rehabilitation hospital.

Starbucks, of course, has a drive-through.

The traffic signal at Cleveland Ave. and Executive Campus Drive. is not yet activated.
