The Point at Otterbein Opens Maker Space to the Public

Westerville, OH—The Point at Otterbein University is opening its Maker Space to the public, and the community is invited to an open house from 6-9:30 p.m. during 4th Friday in Uptown Westerville on Sept. 22. Located at 60 Collegeview Road, the parking lot at The Point will also serve as a park and ride shuttle location for 4th Friday. The open house and park and ride are free and open to the community.

The Point is now accepting memberships for its Makers Space, where anyone in the community can use a wide variety of equipment and tools for projects, ideas and dreams. Training is included to create unique items with metal, wood, lasers, 3D printing, vinyl cutter and more.
