The entrance to Westerville Shopping center opened with little fanfare Wednesday as workers removed the barrels and fencing. The new roadway leads directly to Panera and a new section of parking lot. The next phase of construction is to build the old intersection into a right turn in and out only cut.
Traffic at the Starbucks entrance remains difficult as drivers are not allowed left turns into and out of the parking lot. Plans to add an entrance at the rear of the shopping center parking lot are said to be in the works. More Information.
