Uptown Building Auction For Second Time (Update)

The building in Uptown Westerville that houses Meza Wine Shop and Whit’s is again going on the auction block.

Originally sold at auction in October 2017 it went back on the market when the auction winners, Connie Saelzler and Marcos Ferreira, failed to complete the purchase after receiving the engineering report on required repairs to the building.

The pair bid $548,000 for the building with a buyers premium increasing the price to $603,800.

The minimum bid required for the new auction is $132,000.

The auction is April 10, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., 46-48 North State Street,
