From Wheat Fields to …
Several parcels of commercial property being farmed in Westerville for the advantage of the state’s Current Agricultural Use Value (CAUV) tax structure are being converted from wheat fields to a car dealership and a restaurant. In 2022, the Westerville School District had 26 parcels of farmland, amounting to a total of 651 acres, which were taxed under the CAUV program.
