Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of 213 E. Broadway Ave., a 9,010-square-foot industrial property in Westerville, Ohio. The asset sold for $1.03 million. Nathan Pealer, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus, Ohio, office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
