Blue Santa Tosses The Boar
Blue Santa, a popular Mexican food restaurant on Polaris Parkway purchased Barrel and Boar in Uptown Westerville and is working to turn the smoked meat and BBQ restaurant into Nachos, Enchiladas, Burritos, Tacos, Fajitas, Quesadillas, Ceviche, and Chimichangas.The first steps were to paint walls the Blue Santa colors and then replace dark carpeting with lighter and more durable flooring. Blue Santa will be the first Mexican food restaurant in Uptown.
